Notice

Good polishing qualities, nitrable, chromium-plating and embossing possible

Applicability

Plastic moulds, holding blocks for plastic and die casting moulds

Supply

Length 500 and 1030 mm with machining allowance, in plate form with square cross section and square dimensions, hardened and tempered 280 – 325 HB (approx. 950 – 1100 N/mm2)

Heat Treatment Data

Soft annealing 710 - 740 °C

Stress-relief annealing max. 480 °C

Delivery condition: tempered and hardened Stress-relief annealing is recommended in case of more than 30% machining of the part prior to the final processing.
