HEAT TREATMENT
Soft annealing in a protected atmosphere at 850-900 ° C for 3 hours, followed by slow cooling in steps of 10 ° C per hour up to 700 ° C, then air cooling.
Stress relieving annealing from 600 ° C to 700 ° C Holding time approx. 2 hours, slow cooling to 500 ° C.
Quenching in a protected atmosphere with preheating in two stages at 450-500 ° C and 850-900 ° C and austenitization at a temperature chosen according to the hardness.
Two tempers at 560 ° C are recommended (maintain at least one hour each time).
